Today, the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals affirmed the Marshall County Domestic Relations Circuit Court decision granting Summary Judgment to our client, declaring the fraudulent marriage and the property transfers to be Void ab Initio. Fred Erben, and local counsel Dee Walker, handled the trial of the case and oral arguments; while John Gray primarily drafted the Motion for Summary Judgment and the Appeal.
